Call Whisper Announcements

Often times it is beneficial to know which source generated a phone call before you even say "Hello" - a whisper announcement alerts your agents to key information about an incoming call. The caller will continue to hear a ringing sound until after the whisper announcement has played on the agent's end of the line.
